Nurse Practitioner (Hybrid – Florida Only) at CrewBloom

We are seeking a licensed NursePractitioner based in Florida for a hybrid role combining remote work with occasional travel to healthcare providers. In this position, you’ll serve as a clinical liaison, supporting healthcare practitioners with front-end medical billing and coding initiatives while ensuring compliance with payer requirements, healthcare workflows, and HIPAA regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare practitioners (HCPs).

• Support providers with medical documentation, coding, and payer requirements.

  
  

• Assist in improving front-end medical billing and coding processes.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.

  
  

• Provide guidance on healthcare workflows and reimbursement best practices.

• Travel to provider locations as needed while working remotely.

  
  

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in Florida with independent practice authority.

• Experience working with or supporting healthcare practitioners.

  
  

• Strong knowledge of medical coding, payer requirements, and healthcare workflows.

• Familiarity with front-end medical billing and coding processes.

  
  

• Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  
  

• Willingness to travel within Florida as needed.

Minimum Technical and Work Environment Requirements:

• Internet Connection:

  • Primary internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps.
