📋 Description

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close for complex, senior-level
• Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research, ensuring sufficient depth
• Partner with senior leaders across your client groups to translate hiring needs into effective
• Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to inform hiring efficiency, surface bottlenecks
• Design and implement recruiting processes and pilot programs that help the team scale its impact

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced
• Experience building and scaling recruiting processes across global markets
• Deep knowledge across the entire candidate lifecycle, from talent mapping and sourcing through
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management with the ability to translate recruiting metrics into
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
