📋 Description

• Source top talent for all of Xometry’s department with a heavy emphasis on primarily Non-Tech
• Execute sourcing strategies to identify candidates through job boards, social media, networking
• Conduct in-depth interviews, assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit with the
• Use assessment tools and techniques to evaluate candidates’ qualifications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Provide clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Experience working on US-specific recruiting roles and functions
• Demonstrated experience managing requisitions across multiple disciplines
• Ability to work effectively with hiring managers to support the recruitment process
