• Manage the background check process for a high volume of requisitions across business functions
• Serve as the primary point of contact for background check questions, updates, and issue resolution
• Monitor background check status, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure timely completion to

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Human Resources, Business
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a professional recruiting, HR operations, or compliance
• Experience working with First Advantage or another background check vendor preferred
• Experience validating and reviewing documentation for completeness and compliance preferred
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced role requiring multitasking and strong organization
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; SmartRecruiters preferred
